All eyes will once again be on Malaysia with the arrival of the much-anticipated Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2010. With the tagline 'RUN AS ONE', the Standard Chartered KL Marathon will start at Dataran Merdeka on June 27, 2010, taking runners through a scenic route dotted by historical monuments and signature buildings of Kuala Lumpur before ending at Dataran Merdeka - one of Malaysia most significant landmarks.

With total winnings of MYR 350,000 up for grabs, everyone's invited to gear up with registrations open from the 15th of March 2010. This marathon is not just for fitness buffs! Come have a good time with family and friends!

Providing an opportunity to run alongside some of the world's elite runners, the Standard Chartered KL Marathon also aims to raise funds for five charities through the "Run For A Cause" and "Corporate Challenge" programs.

As a feature sporting event of Malaysia, The Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2010 is set to do Malaysia proud and beckons the public to support this year's goal of having 18,000 runners!
