Misi mendaki Bukit Broga

Bestnya petang tadi hujan. Sejuk sket malam ni. Sejuk sket malam ni?....Tak juga. Berpeluh-peluh cik fira sampai kena gak pasang air-cond.. Cakap pasal hujan, last Thursday cik fira with 3 other friends pegi la hiking kat bukit broga. Plan sebenarnya nak hiking pagi sebab yer la....petang2 kan selalu jer hujan. Tapi disebabkan salah sorang dari rakan2 cik fira tu ada tugas (doctor la katakan). so plan nak hike tu kenalah start waktu petang. Time tu semua pun dah nekad, redah jer kalau hujan petang tu. On the way drive to that place, hati sangat happy sebab cuaca time tu cerah and panas. Happy gila ni tapi bila sampai jer kaki bukit broga tu, cuaca pun ala2 mendung. Tapi cik fira and rakan2 decided tu just hike. Pendek kata kalau hujan pun hujan la kan. The hike to the peak was about 4.8km. Kalau cik fira jogging 4.8km on land memang takde hal sangat la. Tapi 4.8km hiking....mak aihhh!!!. Tercungap-cungap jugaklah.nasib la stamina ok. The place was AWESOME!. We were already 3/4 way to the top and then............................

HUJAN AND KILAT PLS?.*mode hampa*

Hajat di hati memang la nak hike to the top, tapi memandangkan hujan lebat, kilat pulak tu. pastu bawak la pulak camera dlsr, terbantut la hajat. Nak turun balik pulak, lagi satu hal. Disebabkan cik fira tak pakai the appropriate shoes, maka agak restricted my movement. Yelah takut tergelincir. So turun pun sangat la berhati2. Disebabkan hujan gak la tak byk shots yang cik fira amik. Sampai jer kaki bukit, baju semua habis kuyup. Kuyup2 pun, the hike memang best gila. Planning for a next trip there. Next trip, harus sampai to the top of the hill sebab misi pertama 3/4 berjaya jer. Tapi takpe, dapat main hujan. Hahahah :P

Ini Faiz. Gang jogging. Gang hiking. Nasib baik la ada faiz. Kalau tak cik fira confirm dah tergelincir tergolek2 sebab licin. Pendek kata, life saver ku :). *kalau faiz baca blog cik fira ni, confirm kembang hidong*.hakhak

Ok, sebelum i cerita pasal the 9 hows to find the perfect shoes. let me cerita sikit about what happened to me semalam. and yes, cerita ni ada kena-mengena dengan kasut. I was at one-utama semalam. Objective utama is to get my one-card changed to to one card-card+. Lepas dah tukar card tu, i decided to just jalan-jalan and check out some new stuff. Err...ok...check out new shoes.Haha. Mula-mula ingat nak masuk kedai Charles and Keith tapi tak jadi. So i pun jalan-jalan la towards Aldo sebab ada signboard shouting "SALE".Heheh. Tapi kan, tak masuk pun sebabkan i i saw another signboard shouting "BARGAIN CORNER.DISCOUNT UP to 70% on selected ALDO shoes.One-card holders get 10% more". Tu diaaaaaa.....Menarik bukan? .

So i masuk la kedai bargain corner tu...Byk gak la kasut on bargains. I didnt mind so much kalau kasut tu dah out of season. JANJI, kasut tu menarik and it suits my feet. Konon-konon dalam hati tak nak la beli kan sebab budget dah disediakan sebab nak beli cute things kat OLDBLOSSOMBOX STORE. So setelah membelek dan men-try kasut-kasut kat sana.I finally settled for a red high-heeled shoe. Price? RM65 after 70%+10% discount! What a steal!. Tercapai gak impian nak beli kasut color merah. Orang cakap, bila mencari memang takkan jumpa. Bila tak mencari, confirm ada punya depan mata.So yeah, itula ceritanya pasal cik fira dengan kasut. Ni pun cik fira dapat berita yang kawan dia ada buat shoe clearance sale. Dah la kasut kat kedai kawan cik fira tu lawa-lawa pls!. *sabar fira sabar*.

1. Go into the first shoe shop you see and look around. Look for a pair of shoes that you think looks nice.-------------> ini adalah betul, sebab bila cik fira masuk shoe shop and skali pusing nampak takde satu pun yang nampak nice and menarik..then i'll just politely say "Thanks" to the salesperson and then walk out from the kedai :)


2. See how high they are. Consider if you can walk in heels, how comfy they will be, etc.-------> ni pun betul, kalau kasut tu cantek macam mana pun, and kalau kasut tu nampak macam kasut yang Victoria Beckham pakai, jangan la beli la dik oii, nescaya kasut tu akan tersimpan dalam store jer sebab bila pakai kasut tu confirm kaki akan sakit. Trust me. It happened to me byk kali. :P. Penah sampai berkaki-ayam kat shopping mall.HAhah

3. Look at the price, and think about how much you are willing to spend.--------> yes darlings, kena la ikut budget kita yer...tu pasal la cik fira suka cari the best deals for shoes.jadi la pembeli yang bijak, tunggu la bila ada SALE! alah membeli, menang memakai :)

4. If they have passed all of those points, try them on. Walk around in them.------> try la jalan-jalan dalam shoe store tu. lama pun takpe. Shoes must be COMFORTABLE at ALL times especially if u walk a lot.

5. Make sure they fit perfectly. If they rub even a tiny bit, put them back and keep looking. If they are hard to walk in, keep looking.------------------------> kalau rasa your pretty little toes tersepit and rasa macam kasut tu boleh "mengigit". Jangan la beli gak. Sebab akan terjadi juga scene seperti dalam point number 2

6. If they have passed all of these points, look in a mirror and see how they look. Walk and see if you can walk normally and easily in them.-----------> kalau depan mirror, u all rasa macam beyonce takpun lady gaga lepas pakai high heels tu and kalau u all rasa macam johnny depp atau brad pitt lepas try loafers/sneakers tak pun kasut kerja, then fine. but then again. jalan-jalan again to confirm the selesa-ness (ahahahah).

7. Look at the colour. If they are white, will they get scuffed and dirty easily? What are they made out of and will they be easy to clean?-------------> ok, putih memang cun. Akan rasa macam rapper yang cool bila memakai. Personally i love white shoes. Its a great color especially if you to want look on the edge and look fresh. If u beli leather shoes in white, kenalah jaga dengan rapi and if the shoes are made from canvas, then takdehal la. senang jer nak cuci. kalau nk putih lagi gila-gila, tenyeh la dengan kapur kasut.HAhaha.Takdela, tipu la.Macam kasut sekolah la pulak kan.

8. Think about how you'll look in an important situation in front of a cute guy/girl.
----------> betul betul betul (betul la gak kan). Takkan la nk pakai kasut pelik-pelik depan your date kan? Basically, pakai la kasut yang sesuai at the appropriate time and place.Contohnya, takkan la nk pakai high heels bila tgk concert kat stadium? Tak sesuai dik oii, seksi tu memangla. tapi kalau dah berdiri berjam2 kat stadium tu and kalau la concert tu kat ala padang yang coincidentally hari tu hujan and berlecak. Kan dah rosak kasut tu. Tapi kalau nak gak ada DIVA status tu..Go ahead. No one is stopping you. And kalau pegi fine dining, takkan la nak pakai selipar kan (dituju khas pada kaum adam)? Hihihih. :P.

And finally.....

9. If they pass all these 9 criterias, buy them and take pride in wearing your perfect shoes!-------------------------------> oh yes bebeh! Feel the "power" the shoe brings you. Seriously, wearing that perfect shoes will certainly make u feel different about yourselfs.

Cerita Jualan Cupcake and Muffins di karnival WOW Putrajaya

Oh Ma God!

Dah 2 hari..Eh, 3 hari tak update blog. Macam mana la nk update dek non, Akak and sepupu sibuk berniaga kat Karnival WoW Putrajaya Sabtu and Ahad lepas. Walaupun tak hujan, walaupun langit sangat biru (hati haru-biru tatkala menjual cupcake and muffins takot2 tak laku), walaupun banyak artis2 yang lalu depan booth kami (tapi tak stop beli pun *nada hampa*), mak aihhhh!!!. The cuaca was so PANAS i tell you!. Walaupun tak dapat tengok concert malam pertama karnival (hati sebenarnya berkobar2 nak tengok Abang Jamal, Abang M.Nasir, Aizat dan artis2 lain perform), walaupun tak dapat merayap-rayap kat area karnival tu and walaupun dalam masa yang sama dok memikirkan abstract yang perlu dibuat untuk di-submitkan pada Prof hari Rabu ni (ok, bab ni lagi haru-biru), cupcakes and muffins kami dapat juga dijual.

Terima kasih pada yang membeli, terima kasih pada yang datang ker booth (special thanks to my kekasih hati,Ina, Bob,Din, and En Nadzreen) kami untuk bagi support. Kami masih baru dalam arena perniagaan,masih banyak yang perlu dipelajari. Tapi yang pasti, banyak pengalaman yang we all dapat dalam masa 2 hari tu. Ditemani pula dengan parentsku yang sangat supportive and juga anak-anak buah i yang masih belum cecah 5 and 6 tahun. Budak-budak ni siap tolong bagi flyers kat pengunjung yang lalu depan booth kami. Berkat kesungguhan and kecomelan dio orang ni gak la ada orang yang sudi jenguk and minta info lebih pasal D'Taste. Tapi, agak-agak budak-budak ni rasa bosan, depa letak balik flyer, pegi main plak kat "playground kecik" depan booth. Biasa la kan budak2.So, sebagai reward, i treated them with KFC. Happy sangat budak2 tu.

Me: Ziqr! (my nephew yang comel berambut curly tu). Ziqr lukis ape tu?

Ziqr: Jik (as how he call himself.pelat budak umo 2 tahun lebih) lukis....*suddenly in silent mode*. and he came showing his drawing.

Me: Looking at his drawing. It was only a not so straight line. So i asked him la." Ape ni? Ziqr lukis ulat ker?

Ziqr: Jik lukis cacing ar la **ninang ....*bagus budak ni, daya imaginasi sgt tinggi*

Me: I replied."ok...but what is cacing ziqr? *nak test IQ konon2nya*

Ziqr: CACING TU ... *sambil garu kepala*.....CACING TU LALAT LA!

Me: *GELAK GOLEK-GOLEK*

Yer kawan-kawan. cacing tu lalat bak kat ziqr. Oh budak comel kerenting ni, dah la cakap ayat separuh-separuh. U sure have said the DARNEST thing EVER!. Oh but what the heck, I know that you will grow up a fine smart boy. Ninang sayang Ziqr! :)

Bukan nak mengutuk, ,mengata tau..but this story really tickles my heart

Earlier today i chatted with a friend of my uncle's and i tell you dia sangat la HOT MAMA walaupun dia dah ada anak tiga. MELETOP gitu tau!. Haha. Anyway, we were chatting about shoe, bags and tempat makan-makan yang best kat area kota damansara. Then keluar cerita pasal dia baru beli hanbag color kuning kat Braun Buffel yang berharga RM1****.** (harga tidak boleh disebut disitu ,haha). And i typed "wow!" secara tiba-tiba bila aunty tu sebutkan harga bag dia baru beli tu.

Ok, stop cerita pasal bag tu. Then i pun dengan selambanya tanya "how's uncle (referring pada hot mama punya hubby), fira tengok uncle maintain gila tak AGED sket pun"

Aunty menjawab: "Uncle dan TUA and GEMOK!"

Both aunty and I: gelak2 sambil letak icon gelak besar kat YM tu :))

Pastu dengan selamba aunty HOT reply balik...

Takpe, sebabkan dia bayarkan bag aunty beli semalam tu..dia HENSEM and COOL

Again.... i replied with that icon tergelak besar kat YM tu.

pAstu i jawab kat aunty HOt balik: Funny la u aunty! (padahal in real life mmg tgh gelak2 besar sebab aunty cakap cenggitu.

Oh aunty, walaupun uncle dah tua gemok and boroi. dia tetap hensem di mata aunty kan?.haha.sebab tu jugak la aunty dapat gak bag yang bernilai rm1****.** tu.

OMG!, u should see his face yang sangat paranoid sebab takut kena berdiri atas kerusi (it's normal at TGIF if u have to stand on the chair on your birthday). Well, he did not only stand on the chair, but he had to dance (accompanied by a hindustan song played by rizdman's hp).Hahah, so funny!. And the sweetest part is when he gave a speech thanking everyone (especially sha, the bday organizer) who came for his bday. We love you faiz! :). We hoped you had a great time last night

How to get paid by nuffnang?

It's a question by myself. Not a blog on the steps to be paid by nuffnang. Honestly, I'm stil a bit blur about the payment thingy. I made a blunder by not placing up the code at the proper place (basically i was so noob that i didn't know where to put the codings into my blog.BOO!).Haha. Anyhow, my dear uni mate, budlee showed me the way to letak my coding properly. I was so determined to fixed up my problem that i actually went up to his lab at the faculty and going like "Baz! kenapa i tak boleh letak nuffnang ads coding kat my blog ni?". Nasib baik la ada budlee, kalau tak, entah mana-mana la i will letak the codings. So, yeah, codings placed nicely and terpapar la the ads kat my blog. Not only that, nuffnang changed my status to a Gliteratti member. How nice! *smiles*

Being happy, about that. I was still unsure about how will i get paid by nuffnang. I went on reading other blogs and i stumbled upon this blog site entitled "BoIsAnerd". And paling best at his blogpage ada gambar betty suarez from the series "ugly betty". Sebenarnya, gambar blogger ni diibaratkan dalam office,he's sitting down smiling at his workstation. pastu ada gambar america ferrera hanging on the wall at his workplace. OK, now try imagine. If it's too hard to do so, just click "Nerd boy" at my daily reads column to understand what i mean..

Ooooooookaaaaaaaaaaayyyy, back to the main point. I dropped a comment asking him on the matter at his page after reading his post about being paid by nuffnang. There was so many comments by other bloggers congratulating him on his pay and ada juga ada bloggers yang share their excitement on getting paid as well by nuffnang. So nice!. I wanna get paid too :)

For the love of shoes

Shoes shoes shoes! I really love shoes. When i go online, the first thing that i do, Eh, no no, the second thing that i would do after checking my email and Fb, is checking out new shoes on various blogshops. And if i go to my fav mall, is the shoe shops that i'll be checking out first. I would be happy if i have the KA-CHINGS! to spend on shoes but i would be very FRUSTRATED if the funds are not "Happy". Haha. I get even MORE FRUSTRATED if, i have INSUFFICIENT FUNDS and the shoes i aimed/saw/happen to see was like ON SALE! or DAMN CUN that i really have to get them at that moment. Sighhh....See what shoes can do to me?.

ANYHOW...

I have so many shoes in mind that i want. Will blog on that one soon. Need to get back to my thesis now. arghhhh...*now calm down fira. think positively. completed thesis=good job=LOTSA SHOES*.Insya-Allah.AMIN :)

A night at Putrajaya

NO PEOPLE! i didn't go there to dating2. I was there for the putrajaya night marathon.As promised, I'll update all you readers out there regarding this event. Few minutes back, i googled "Putrajaya Night Marathon". And there you go, ramai kot bloggers yang bercerita pasal marathon ni. Rajin betul bloggers diluar sana memeriahkan event yang sihat ni. Kudos to all bloggers who participated yesterday *applause*.

Myself, along with my bro and dear friend of mine took the 7.7km challenge. Ada 4 category sebenarnya. The 5km, 7.7km, 21km and 42km. Since dah penah try out 5km during the DUKE marathon, i decided to challenge myself in the 7.7KM category. I was so nervous before the run that i felt that my knees was tearing apart.Haha. Seriously, NERVOUS!. Therefore, to not feel that way, i had my Sony MP3 pumping with adrenaline rush songs to make me relaxed. So yeah! Ran 7.7km without stopping although i (and other runners) had to endure three "bukits".OMG! sangat penat please but i had my mind set to finish the run and not trying a bit to stop and walk. I even tried not to be disturbed by others trying to "potong" me but just to enjoy my night run accompanied by the tunes playing by my mp3.

ALAS!. Habis jugak the run. With have been training for the past 1 1/2 months and even though tak menang the cash prizes, I managed to finish my run in 50 minutes and got 195th place and entitle myself with a cert and a finishers medal. But the most important is that i completed the race. I was happy with myself.

Sampai rumah terus terbaring kepenatan. Haha. The tiredness ruled over the hunger. Maka tido la terus. Niat nak makan menjadi mimpi dalam tido jer la. Once again, Big CONGRATS to all participants and winners of the marathon. :)

Putrajaya Night Marathon

It's near!

The night marathon is tomorrow! Nervous gila ok! Rasa macam nak tercabut kaki aku ni! (over tul, padahal lari pun belum lagi.haha). Mestila nervous o-kay sebabnya esok sure ramai gila runners yang hebat-hebat. The ones that run effortlessly sedangkan aku pulak lari tercungap-cungap macam ikan terkeluar dari tempayan. *again being so dramatic*. Took my running kit yesterday at Putrajaya. Hope i'll just enjoy my run tomorrow and not be too worried about the race. Oh Oh, this even banyak sponsors tau. NtV7 ada, Nestle (bestnya, sure ada milo sejuk yang kita minum time hari sukan sekolah dulu.yum yum), 100+, FymFm pun ada. Macam-macam ada.

So, come join me tomorrow night at Precint 3, Putrajaya. Nak datang jadi cheerleader i pun boleh. Hahahahah.

Me Love Food

I admit, i love food! yum yum.And that makes me a foodie. When i was a child I find food fun. I'm always eager to try out new stuff. The color, texture, shape, size and taste fascinates me. For instance, I remembered my mom told me that when i was 5 years old, she said that while i was trying out "tempe", i told her that it tasted like cockroach.Thinking that i didn't like it, she thought that i would just dropped it on the floor or what not. But she was surprised that i kept on eating it along with my rice. Ever since that and being a "anak jawa", tempe have always been one of my fav food. *think sambal tempe and kentang..and oh! oh!, sambal goreng....hmmmmm....droooles*









Next good stuff that i memang akan cari kalau pegi makan nasi campur kat kedai kakak kelantan that i always go every sunday is.. IKAN KELI or gulai ikan pati yo!. OMG, u can say whatever about that fish but it is simply DIVINE!. tho its ugly looking (ikan keli), but the meat is soft and sweet. hmmmm yum!. Ikan patin on the other hand has also a soft and sweet texture. i called it "salmon malaysia".SEDAP ok!. Ikan patin is said to have good properties to healing wounds.

Next: NASI AYAM! *kat uptown sedap. nasi ayam hainan with taugeh*
Next: SUSHI *zanmai the best!*
Next:IPOH HOR FUN KAT KOPITIAM SEC 13. *ha amik, siap promote lagi*

ok, blogging about food is making me hungry. Im going to stop here. Basically, i loooove foood and foods that are not well prepared/cooked/seasoned turns me off *snap snap*. Oh well you get the drift.

Tapi yang penting...choose good food, eat well and in moderation savor the best!

RUN FIRA! RUN!
(suddenly teringat incident being chased by a chihuahua,my did i spell that right, o.w.e.told my self to run and save my perky butt.ok, i was 8 at that time.tq)

As today's blog title is about running. The adrenaline rush during the last runs i participated with the KILLER HEELS (nama team running saya, sgt sex and the city kan?) at DUKE and ekiden run made me want thirsty fore more of these events. Therefore, myself, along with my brother and other friends have signed up for another upcoming marathon which will be held next month at putrajaya. And the best part of it is that...kita akan lari waktu malam!. Yeay! Tak panas!. and BOO! tak boleh keluar dating tengok wayang.ahaha

Anyway, now tengah bersemangat training untuk berlari sejauh 7.7km!. So come and support me on the race day!. kedatangan anda semua amat dihargai :). oh ya, nak datang cuci2 mata pun boleh. *giggles*

This will be the answer that i'll always give when asked "U bila lagi" or "Bila boleh rasa nasi minyak u plak". Adoi. (garu kepala). Cam ner nk kawin sekarang mak oii! Belaja pun habis lagi.OK, sekarang boleh tutup topic about when will i be getting married.

The final months of 2009 for me was filled with friend's weddings and engagements. Sampai tak terpergi pun semua. (Sorry eh kawan2). But anyhow, i'm always excited to see other people's wedding and engagement pictures. Its just that i'll just get amazed on how the wedding set up is done, how the hantaran deco is done (me even like to see what is on the dulang hantaran more.haha), the baju used by the pengantin, the theme of the wedding and so on..(lepas tu, akan berangan sorang2 on how my wedding will be..hmm.typical. tp tak kisah la janji diri happy.hahahha).
My dream wedding would be:
1) night garden wedding
2) nak pakai dress style modern tak pun baju kurung pesak gantung
3) live band (ceh ceh, over betul)
4) photographer and videographer yang terrer so that muka i dalam gambar nanti flawless
5) barang hantaran yang best. cake and cupcake fondant
6) ada fresh flowers
7) datang ker lokasi naik BMW X6.
8) tipu jer!. nama pun Dream Wedding. Tapi hakikatnya i would want a simple and nice and yet a memorable wedding for me, family and friends :)......(tapi kalau nak cincin emas putih with diamond dari tiffany boleh?.wah wah wah.sempat lagi tu)

Ok la, i better stop dreaming and think hard on what to give a dear friend of mine on her wedding this Friday!.

P/s: Its ok to dream. Yang penting wedding shoe kena tempah. LOL ;)

2010! Can we be best of friends?

Its the new year!. And macam biasa, i've listed a few updated resolutions. I don't consider all new but just revised ones. 2009 has been rough for me and i berdoa everyday that this year will be better that i'll catch up with the pace and try to not to fall easily (i hope).Anyhow, my resolutions this year would be:

1) To finish up my thesis. (Long overdue)
2) To have a hot bod like Fergie's. (sambil buat muka serious) *giggles*
3) To have more patience and be a better person
4) To read more so that i could blog in a more creative manner and get paid. 8)
5) To train more so that i could sign up for more marathons
6) To save money every month and not to be so boros. Oh god please help me

Not only that, i would want to help my cousin on her baking biznes so that i could earn extra $$ to spend more.Haha. Haih baru kata nak save money. Hmmphh.

Hope that 2010 would be great year for all of you out there too. So here's a toast to a great life ahead. Cheers!

One Kopiesatu please! :)

It was just supposed to be a lunch and gossip session at sushi zanmai with a dear friend of mine. Bukan calang-calang, she's a lawyer mind you and single too ahaks! ;). Drove to one-utama for our japanese delight and ordered our fav which was the grilled unagi along with other yummies on the conveyor. Upon finishing our lunch i asked my friend what will she be doing next and she said that she was free the whole day. At an instant i asked " Pegi Jln Tar nak?...I teringin iced calypso la". She agreed on the Jln Tar part was vague on the iced calypso part.Nevermind i told her. Jom pegi Jln Tar.

The main plan was to get the iced calypso from Kopiesatu. Kopiesatu is a local brand name which sells iced and blended coffees on a lorry. The lorry is like a stalled kiosk next to Semua House. If u people ada around that place. Sure tak miss la. Anyway, we decided to go jalan-jalan first instead of getting our sweet treats. Told myself while walking NOT to get anything but the temptation was so great that i bought 5 pasang tudung selendang for myself.Tsk Tsk, bad Fira. Feeling "guilty" i told Sha to lets get out of the place before i start splurging more. Hahah.

So got ourselves our sweet treats before leaving home. I got myself the iced latte calypso (It's milk coffee, just that the coffee is in the form of ice cubes, melts slowly in the latte mixture to get that sweet and bitter taste). Divine!. Sha got her self iced cappuccino with whipped cream on top.Yum too!.

Drove home happily and sempat singgah bird park!. That will be our next plan :)




Tu la dia..the drinks from kopiesatu.Siap promote lagi. (We ought to get paid for this.Haha)
